The votes could take up to a week to tabulate. However, Scout.com gives you a glimpse into the future of college basketball with its release of Top 25 early signing period recruiting classes.
Last spring the water cooler talk was dominated by what Bob Huggins would do at Kansas State. Well, he did a lot.
The former Cincinnati coach set up shop in Little Manhattan and lured the nation’s best recruiting class. In fact, the Wildcats could even have the services of Bill Walker this year. In the end, Walker’s presence and the signing of Michael Beasley, gave the Wildcats a pair of Top 10, elite talents.
Syracuse did all of its work very early and should hold its head high with the nation’s No. 2 class that includes elite talent Donte Greene.
In assembling the classes we’ve attempted to reward the programs who made a living in the Scout.com Top 100. Since it takes the best players to consistently win and advance in the tournament, to rise on this list you’ve got to have the horses. We’ve factored in high-profile transfers when applicable though they are not reflected in our database.
Without further delay, we give the Scout.com Top 25 Early Signing Period Top 25. Please check back on the website for updates as changes will be reflected in the database faster than they will in this story.
