The Penn State Nittany Lions own a commitment from Sasha Boronjvak, a 6-foot-8 power forward out of Fletcher (N.C.) Veritas Christian.
During an afternoon press conference in which three team members made their college choices public, Boronjvak pledged his allegiance to Ed DeChellis’ program.
“He had a great visit at College of Charleston and it was a tough choice for him,” Veritas coach John Jordan told Scout.com. “When he came back, he was still unsure. He took some time to think and he felt like it was an opportunity he couldn’t pass up. The way their rotation works, he feels like he can step in and get some time.”
