PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Nike Global Challenge tipped off on Friday and DeMarcus Cousin, John Henson and DeShaun Thomas all put together big efforts on day one. Although it shouldn't be surprising to hear those names excelled, it was surprising to see one of the USA teams fall in the opening round.
