The Wisconsin Badgers love the state of Minnesota. In the last 3 years, the Badgers snuck into the state 4 times. This week, Bo Ryan’s team bested Iowa, Valparaiso, Washington State and burgeoning interest from the Gophers for a combo forward.
Mike Bruesewitz, a 6-foot-7, 215 pounder, committed according to numerous state and regional newspaper accounts.
“He’s a real versatile player, and he’s a real hard worker,” Mendota Heights (Minn.) Henry Sibley coach Tom Dasovich told the Wisconsin State Journal.
Noted for his skill level, Breusewitz averages 17 points a game and will be expected to swing between some power forward and the small forward slot.
