Gordon Finally Ends Speculation

The Eric Gordon Saga is all but officially over. The word began leaking out Friday morning as news outlets jumped all over the story. Eric Gordon is going to Indiana.

It’s expected that Eric Gordon will solidify his relationship with Indiana Friday night during the Hoosiers celebration of the first day of the college basketball season, if not before then at a press conference this afternoon.

On Friday, word tricked out – and was later confirmed by the Chicago Tribune -- the Gordon would be a Hoosier.

In backing off a November 2005 pledge to Illinois, Gordon gives Kelvin Sampson his first high profile recruit of the coach’s tenure. Gordon is ranked No. 2 nationally by Scout.com.
