Davon Jefferson tops the list of elite post graduate prospects. This year Scout.com opted to give the post graduate prospects their own ranking.

The emergence of post graduate basketball the last five years is the reason for the following list. We’ve been faced with how to quantify the best prospects in America who are classified as post graduate students.

This fall we’ve opted to announce our first-ever Scout.com Post Graduate Top 25. No surprise here as Davon Jefferson of Lynnwood, Calif., tops the list.
