Keion Kindred, 6-3 SR PG Compton (Calif.) Dominguez, originally committed to UTEP in the fall, but didn't sign when his mother asked him to wait until spring.
After exploring his options for the last several months, Kindred decided that UTEP was the right place for him in the end. We spoke with Kindred this evening and he told us that he's signed an NLI with the Miners.
"They were there the longest and they've been with me the whole time," Kindred said. "I also considered Georgia Tech, Oklahoma St. and UConn, but UTEP liked me when no one else was on me."
