Last year, we started the tradition of surveying college assistant coaches around the country. We asked them to questions ranging from national coach of the year to whom the best assistants in the business are. This week, we’ll release the results from a survey of over 40 coaches. Here are the results in the category of “Most Ready To Be A Head Coach.”

  • Over 40 asssistant coaches were asked to vote for the assistant they felt was most ready to be a head coach. Coaches were not allowed to vote for members of their own staff.
