Dwight Howard headlines an impressive group of 2004 seniors. Once again, TheInsiders.com’s top prospect will play for pay right away and skip college.

Keeping with the tradition of Amare Stoudemire and LeBron James, the top high school player in America won’t play a minute in college. Dwight Howard, the consensus national No. 1 prospect in the high school ranks, declared for the draft after winning numerous national player of the year awards.

In fact, four of our top five prospects, are headed to the NBA. Rudy Gay is the lone member of our Top 5 that didn’t declare and he’ll play next season at UConn.

Gay and Malik Hairston, our No. 10 senior, are two of the youngest elite level players in the country and as a result, both have exciting upsides.

Check out TheInsiders.com’s 2004 Final Top 100.

In the coming days we'll have a preview of the Top 100 in 2005 and also rank the Top 25 post graduate players in America.
