Deandre Robinson is drawing plenty of interest from some schools in the East, but says he'll likely wait until the spring to choose a school...

Deandre Robinson, 6-5 SR SG Riverside (Calif.) King, told us recently that he's been hearing a lot from Lehigh, Cornell, Yale and Princeton.

"I'm going out to Cornell for a visit on November 21st, the weekend they play Georgia Tech," said Robinson. "I'm talking with Yale and Princeton about taking a trip, but we haven't set anything up yet."

Robinson said that, while he's intrigued by the Ivy and Patriot Leagues, he'd like to stay in the west if possible. With that goal in mind, he'll play his senior season and hope to convince a high major in the west that he's worthy of a scholarship.

In the past, Robinson has mentioned Stanford, in particular, as a school that he'd be interested in hearing from.
