Southern California high school basketball fans can check out some of the top talent in the area this weekend at the Supreme 16 tournament being held at Lynwood High School.
Players from the following teams are participating this weekend: South Gate, El Camino, Bishop Montgomery, Verbum Dei, Dominguez, Cleveland, Ayala, Long Beach Poly, Price, Harvard-Westlake, Carson, King Drew, Compton Centennial, Canyon Springs, Mayfair, Dorsey and Lynwood.
Some of the top players at the event include Lorenzo Mata, Arron Afflalo, Brian Harvey, Nick Young, Lamar Roberson, Alex Stepheson, Jervaughn Johnson and Davon Jefferson.
Pool play goes from 12:00 to 8:00 on Saturday, October 4th, with two teams from each pool advancing to play on Sunday.
