Stanford adds another talented pledge

Stanford continued its strong run on the recruiting trail with another commitment.

In terms of sheer potential and upside, not too many have more of it on the West Coast than Cameron Walker. Running with the Compton Magic this spring and summer, Walker has put up some good numbers and had some tremendous performances.

With that Walker picked up numerous scholarship offers. Schools such as California, Arizona State, Colorado, Harvard, and UCLA all extended offers to Walker, but in the end it was Stanford that on out.

Walker announced his commitment on twitter saying, "By far the hardest decision of my life, but I will spend the next chapter of my life at Stanford University under Coach Dawkins!"

This is the second wing commitment for the Cardinal in the class of 2015. Walker, a four-star prospect, is joined by fellow four-star Marcus Sheffield in the commitment column.

Currently Walker is seen as the No. 15 small forward and the No. 80 ranked player overall. Recommended Stories
