Dickerson to the Big East

One of the best low post scorers in the country is headed to Georgetown.

One of the premier low post scorers in the class of 2015 is Noah Dickerson. A native of Atlanta who is now down at Montverde (Fla.) Academy, Dickerson pulled the trigger on Saturday morning selecting the Hoyas.

"Proud to say I committed to Georgetown University," said Dickerson on his twitter account.

At 6-foot-8 and 250 pounds, Dickerson is very nimble around the rim and has a tremendous scoring touch. He isn't an elite athlete, but he just knows how to be productive, and has gotten the best of several other highly touted prospects in one-on-one battles.

Along with Georgetown, schools such as Ohio State, Xavier, Georgia Tech, Alabama, Michigan, Virginia, and others were very interested in the four-star center.

This gives the Hoyas a much needed low block threat on the offensive end that they haven't really had over the past few years and gives the Hoyas a strong one-two punch in the 2015 class along with fellow commitment Marcus Derrickson.
