Robinson picks up new offers
Interest for Justin Robinson, a 6-foot-1 point guard out of Saint James (Md.) School, is on the rise. Robinson is coming off a strong junior season and he had another impressive showing at the Metro Challenge 60 event last weekend. Robinson is a talented floor general that understands what it takes to run the point guard position. He has good vision and is a good passer, but he's also capable of heating up from three and mid-range. "I see myself as an all around point guard," Robinson said. "I take pride in the defensive end. I get my teammates involved. I just make everyone around me better and I can score when it's needed." Prior to the Metro Challenge event, Robinson held scholarship offers from Old Dominion, Providence, Radford and St. Peters. Since he's picked up offers from Virginia Tech and UMass. Rutgers, Illinois, Iowa, Butler, George Washington, George Mason and Harvard have also shown interest in Robinson. Robinson, who is currently ranked No. 17 at the point guard position, will play for Boo Williams on the spring and summer circuit.
