Indiana picked up their second verbal commitment of the 2014 class on Sunday.
Max Hoetzel, a 6-foot-7 forward out of Wilbraham (Mass.) Wilbraham & Monson Academy, committed to the Hoosiers. Pump N Run Elite coach Christian Aurand confirmed the news to Scout.com.
"I just spoke to Max's dad and he has committed to Indiana" Aurand said.
Playing for Pump N Run Elite this summer, Hoetzel showed an ability to stretch the floor with his jump shot. His range extends out to 22-feet and he has a fairly quick trigger.
Hoetzel, a three-star prospect, joins four-star guard Robert Johnson to make up Indiana's current recruiting class.
