JaQuan Lyle and Louisville parted ways on Friday. The five-star guard decommitted form Louisville.

JaQuan Lyle is back on the market. Lyle informed Friday evening that he and Louisville have parted ways.

Lyle committed to Louisville in late June two weeks after an unofficial visit to their campus. Lyle considered a host of schools at that time, including Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee.

A five-star recruit, Lyle transferred from Evansville (Ind.) Bosse to Huntington (W.V.) Prep for his final season of high school basketball.

Lyle is ranked No. 16 overall in the 2014 class.
