Booth to Big East

The decision is in for Phil Booth who will play his college ball in the Big East.

The decision is now in for Phil Booth. The Baltimore (Md.) Mount Saint Joseph's and Team Takeover standout had his list narrowed down to a manageable number of five, but on Tuesday afternoon that list became one and Booth committed to the Villanova Wildcats.

"I am committed to be a student athlete at the University of Villanova," said Booth on his twitter account.

This is the second pledge for Villanova in the class. He joins fellow four-star prospect Mikal Bridges in the class, as Villanova continues to stockpile depth on the wing.

Also this is the third commitment for Villanova from the fertile Washington D.C./Baltimore area in the last two years. The Wildcats were able to snag Kris Jenkins and Josh Hart in the class of 2013. Recommended Stories
