The Georgia Bulldogs needed a replacement for Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and they found one on Wednesday.

With the news that Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was leaving for the NBA, that left Georgia and Head Coach Mark Fox looking for another wing. With the list of available players very small, Fox went off the radar a little bit and found Kenny Paul Geno.

Geno, who is from Booneville (Miss), was a part of several teams who played for a state title. At 6-foot-6 he is said to be an athletic prospect who can score going to the rim.

He didn't play much, if any, AAU basketball, so Geno was largely off the national radar, but he opened eyes at the Mississippi State tournament.

After making a visit to Georgia, Fox told Geno if Caldwell-Pope left for the NBA that he would offer a scholarship, and that is exactly what happened which led to the commitment.

Geno is the third commitment for Georgia in this 2013 class. He joins three star prospects Juwan Parker and J.J. Frazier in Fox's haul.
