Lyles reopens recruitment

Top 10 recruit Trey Lyles is back on the market. Lyles, according to his high school coach Jason Delaney, is open to other schools recruiting him and has decommitted from Indiana.

Trey Lyles is reopening his recruitment.

As a freshman the 6-foot-9 power forward verbally pledged to Tom Crean and Indiana. Nearly two years later Lyles, a standout at Indianapolis (Ind.) Tech, opted to decommit from the Hoosiers and restart the recruiting process.

Tech coach Jason Delaney told that Indiana was still his top school.

"He loves IU," Delaney said. "If he had to pick right now it would be IU. He committed to so early and he wants to compare it to something."

Lyles is currently ranked the No. 9 overall prospect in the 2014 class. Recommended Stories
