Florida State adds 2012 post prospect

Boris Bojanovsky made his college choice on Tuesday. The talented big man is headed to the ACC.

Boris Bojanovsky is headed to Florida State.

"The 7-foot-3, (93) native of the Slovak Republic, Boris Bojanovsky has committed to play for Head coach Leonard Hamilton at Florida State University of the ACC," the Canarias Basketball Academy's website said on Tuesday.

According to the release, Nojanovsky had strong interest from North Carolina State, Virginia Tech, Miami, Georgia Tech and Missisippi State.

"I really believe that he will flourish under the guidance of head coach Leonard Hamilton," CBA Director Rob Orellana said in the release.

Last summer, Bojanovsky played in the U18 European Championships and averaged 22 points and 13.3 rebounds.
