2015 forward Derrickson gets MVP

WAYNE, N.J. -- Team Takeover's group of freshman tore through the Spring Fling to get the 15's championship, behind a dominant performance from 6-foot-7 forward Marcus Derrickson.

Marcus Derrickson looked like a different player at the Spring Fling this past weekend. Although just a freshman, Derrickson, has already made drastic improvements to his body and his game. In mid-December, Derrickson stood 6-foot-6. He showed a skilled game, showcased a consistent jump shot, but appeared out of shape.
