Nittany Lions add big pledge

Four-star small forward Brandon Austin has committed to Penn State

Head Coach Patrick Chambers is doing some good work in the 2013 class. The Penn State Nittany Lions already had one quality commitment from Geno Thorpe, and now they have added another.

Four-star prospect Brandon Austin of Philadelphia (Penn.) Imhotep Academy pledged to Penn State on Thursday evening.

Austin said on twitter, "I just committed to Penn State!"

The number 71 prospect in the country, this is a huge get for Penn State who is looking to built their program with the 2013 class playing a big part in it.

Austin is a good athlete and someone who can really score on the wing. Chambers used his ties in the city of Philadelphia to land what could be a signature recruit in this class for the program. Recommended Stories
