Mohamed Abukar was released from his NLI to Georgia, but the 6-9 forword will stay in the SEC. Abukar announced this afternoon that he'll attend Florida...

Mohamed Abukar, 6-9 SR PF Rancho Bernardo (Calif.) High, will announce this afternoon that he will be a Gator, joining Billy Donovan's squad next year.

Abukar originally signed with Georgia, but was released from his NLI when Bulldog coach Jim Harrick left the school.

Abukar was recruited this spring by Louisville, Oregon and Kentucky, among others.
